Made a mistake yesterday and I forgot to really agitate the wort with O2prior to pitching the yeast. (I got busy changing diapers for the kids) It is now 20 hours later and I wonder if i should just let it go or give it more O2.

The general rule I've heard is not beyond 12 hours unless it's a really big beer. May cause fusels and more problems than if you just let it run it's course.

Chris white says in his book that it's beneficial to oxygenate at 12 hours. Supposedly it cuts fermentation time down by 25%, but I've never tried it so I can't confirm this.
