Is anyone using this system with the small HD gas bottle and air stone? The instructions didn't say how long to push oxygen through the wort. It appears handling the air stone must be done carefully also. Any advice on either issue?

45 seconds to a minute and don't touch the stone with your bare hands. The oil from them will clog the holes and your beer will suck forever after.

What do you use, rubber gloves?

Yep, or I just don't touch the stone. I use disposable rubber gloves all the time when handling my wort or kegging my beer. I dip them in star stan and I'm good to go.

I put my stone in sanititizer, and then suck and blow (insert joke here) to clean out the stone.

I like a medium "boil" for about a minute...just until I get foam.

Most places say to oxygenate about 14 hours after pitching. Anyone here do that?
