No point in waiting to bottle, really. Unless you plan to age it a long time you probably won't notice a difference, off taste from oxygenation take a while to develop.
 
i did not notice my new auto siphon was too elevated before i transfered about 2 gal at a nice bubbly rate !

Go ahead and bottle - the O2 isn't going to magically disappear from the beer once it is in there. If possible, bottle the first two gallons separately from the remaining three.

Oxidized beer isn't necessarily terrible, depending on the style and how much O2 got into the beer in the first place, so don't worry too much. It won't be an award winner, but it'll still be drinkable.
