I am using them for Bittering. the ones I used were 11.4% AAU Pellet. Any suggestions or maybe a link to where I can get some without having to take out a 2nd on the house. I only need 3 oz for my brown ale

If you're going for just bittering, then you can sub another high alpha...if you have aroma/flavor additions, I would look for something fairly clean/balanced. What do you have available?
