Iam stoked ive brewed 3 batches that i drank but this last batch is
after i found this forum and its awesome! I knew it was good but
my wifes in there drinkin it now and is loving it. Had to post cause
well just cause my drunk rambling LOL...
 
Excellent! Now that she is on the slippery slope, you're clear to expand operations.
 
LOL Yeah ive all ready spend about five bills this past month on a kegerator
build and other brew stuff so iam pushing it. Good thing she liked the beer
last night. She's not a beer drinker but last night she was hammered. And
MIL had the kids so it was a good night. :D
 
It was a belgian ale that i kinda winged myself. 6lb's light dme 1/4 biscuit
and 1/4 roasted barley and 1/2 crystal steeped for 45 mins before boil.
and just 1oz brewers gold last 20. Nothing serious just thrown togather.
Came out 5.3 abv. Not the best but pretty good.
