I made a starter for a 50 gallon batch a week ago on Wednesday for a friend. He won't be able to brew it until next week. The starter was 10 vials of white labs belgian (excessive, probably). Anyways, we're wondering if we'll need to get new yeast or if theres enough for them in there to not worry about.
