So my brother-in-law wants me to brew a Dos Equis lager type of beer (not the amber Vienna lager) for his wedding. Here's what I came up with. Any critiques or suggestions?

Code:
Batch Size: 11.00 gal (14.00 gal preboil)
Estimated OG: 1.040 SG
Estimated FG: 1.010 SG
Estimated IBUs: 15 (Tinseth)
Estimated Color: 3 SRM
Brewhouse Efficiency: 73%
Boil Time: 90 minutes

Grains:
7.75# Pale Malt (2-Row) US (46.27%)
4.75# Pilsner (2-Row) Germany (28.36%)
3.25# Flaked Corn (19.40%)
1.00# Carapils/Dextrine (5.97%)

Hops:
1.00 oz Spalt (GR) (4.1%) @60 min
1.00 oz Spalt (GR) (4.1%) @20 min
1.00 oz Saaz (CZ) (3.9%) @20 min
1.00 oz Saaz (CZ) (3.9%) @0 min

Yeast:
White Labs WLP940 (Mexican Lager)
Using slurry harvested from a previous lager

Mash/Sparge Schedule:
Single Infusion, 152F; Batch Sparge

Fermentation Schedule:
Primary: 2 weeks@52F
Diacetyl rest: 3 days@60F
Lager: 3 weeks@32F

I don't drink a lot of Dos Equis Special, but I would be surprised if it had a late boil hop addition. I'd just drop the 0 min addition and leave the rest of it as is since it looks solid otherwise. Good luck.
