Ant idea of what alcohol content I could expect. What would have happened if I only added 3.2 lbs of Munich malt?

Is this for a 5 gallon batch? If so, you can expect about 5.0-5.5% ABV. If you would have used 3.3 pounds of LME, you could expect about 2.4% ABV in a 5 gallon batch.

You generally need at least 6 pounds of liquid extract in 5 gallons of beer, or 5 pounds of dry extract.
 
I think you'd need a mini-mash with the Vienna if you expect it to add any fermentable content. It has diastatic enzymes, don't won't release sugars without mashing. It might just be easier to add an extra 3/4 lb. of extract.
