Tasting Notes
Clean bitterness throughout. Citrusy with a toasted biscuit and clean, dry finish
This has become my house pale. I love it. Little of this and that creates a great pale ale with a little complexity and depth. Also, this is full boil volume in mash. I do the BIAB method.

Grains:
8lbs pale malt 2row
8oz Munich 20l
8oz Vienna
4oz Victory
4oz wheat, flaked
4oz Crystal 40

8oz orange blossom honey (end of boil)

Hops:
1.10oz Centennial (9.0aa) @ 60min
.5oz Cascade (7.1aa) @ 15min
1oz Cenntennial @ flameout
1oz Cascade @ flameout

1oz each of Centennial and Cascade dry hopped for 7 days.

Yeast:
1pkg Us-05 dry yeast

Instructions:
Mash in grains @ 152 degrees for one hour
Follow boil hop schedule
Add honey at end of boil
Cool and fermenter with US-05 @ 68degrees for 14 days
After 7 days, add dry hops and ferment another 7 days

Cheers!:mug:

I have most of the grist for this one and all of the hops. I may tweak the recipes PRN but should get something very close to your original. I hope it looks as refreshing!
