Here is what I've got:

Malt extract
6# Pilsner LME
6# Extra Light LME
3# Light DME
3# Bavarian Wheat DME

Grains
A bag of milled grains (2# Maris Otter, 1# Dark Munich, 4oz Pale Chocolate)
2# 10oz flaked oats (oatmeal)
Typical stuff in a kitchen (sugar, brown sugar, rice, flour, cornmeal, etc.)

Hops
2oz Cascade
2oz Cenntenial
1oz Northern Brewer
2oz Mt Hood

Yeast
US05 slurry
Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager slurry
Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale slurry

Fermentation conditions
45F (uninsulated basement)
60F (insulated basement)
64F (house)

It would be a little easier for me to come up with a recipe if I had a little crystal malt since I usually would use a little in pale or amber ales. I could go a different route and make a darkish lager with the wyeast 2124 and the mt hood or NB hop combo.

Anyway, I thought I'd throw this out there and see what people thought. If I really need to go to the LHBS I can but I'm a lazy home brewer.

Orange Coriander Pale Ale

6# Extra Pale LME
1.5# Bavarian DME
10oz flaked oats

0.5oz each Cascade and Centenial @ 60min
1oz each Cascade and Centenial @ 5min
0.5oz each Cascade and Centenial dry hop

US-05 @ 62F

0.5oz Coriander and zest of 2 oranges

OG 1.057
FG 1.014
IBU 33
ABV 5.6%
SRM 5

I've been meaning to try to brew a beer with some coriander and orange zest. I think it sounds tasty but I'm not sure if this recipe is a good framework for it. The oats are in there for a little body. I know it will be hazy but I don't really care about clarity as long as it tastes good. I'm tempted to try this recipe with either the lager or irish ale yeast but US-05 is more of a known quantity to me at this point.

Let me know if you have any suggestions.

I'm a little more worried about this one. I'd normally put some 40L in a beer like this. Also, is the ABV too high? I like strong beers but I'm not sure there is enough in this beer to balance it. I'm trying to imagine the flavor profile of this beer but I haven't brewed too many lagers. It seems like it might be good.

Again, let me know if you have any suggestions.

Make a pale ale

Light dme
MO
Oats

Bitter with hood or brewer then finish with centenial and cascade.

Us05

Buy more cent and/or cascade for the dry hop

I think your recipe in post 3 looks fine. I would probably drop the Maris otter to 1 lb and lose the oats to keep the gravity closer to an actual German lager. You could also save some of the Mt Hood for an aroma addition, maybe around 0.5 oz.
As long as you make a large starter that beer should turn out great.
