Hi my name is Marc and I just started doing the homebrew thing. I've started three five gallon extract brews so far (so I've got 15 gallons of beer awaiting consumption). And after seeing the results of my first batch I decided to come here so I could learn how to make a better brew (grain teks) and one with a little more alcohol in it. Maybe I'm just using my hydrometer wrong, because my beer gets you wasted if you drink enough of it, but it tastes like O'Douls. Well anyway Hi Y'all!
