I just can seem to get find a recipe that is knocking my socks off. I need something that is comparable to a fresh keg of Pallet Wrecker or something. I'm trying to figure out how to get explosive hop flavor and aroma, not just big hop bitterness! HELP!!!!!
 
Do a search for "hop bursting." Basically you will have a 60 minute addition and a metric assload of hops from 15 minutes to flameout.
 
How many IBU's are you looking for?

Dry hop with the good stuff; Centennial, Amarillo and Simcoe.
