Hey Y'all
I've had a brew in the secondary since oh..........before Christmas. I am going to bottle tonight, but there are these little white "things" floating on top and sticking to the side of the carboy (at the top of the beer level).
Are these little white things a problem. Since it was racked to the carboy it has never been exposed to the air. I just cracked the airlock 2 minutes ago and it smells good......mmmmmmmmmmmm.
I'm going to continued to bottle and check back here later. I'm going to not suck the white things into my bottle bucket and just let them be.
One thing I'm really pleased about is how freaking clear it is. It may take a bit longer to carbonate, but hell.....I've waited this long!!!
