First time naturally carbing. I tried to search the forums and got a whole lot of reading accomplished with no real answers. I cold crashed my cider when it was just where the swmbo liked it. Now I want to carb it in a sampler 16 ounce grolsch bottle so I don't ruin a whole 3 gallons. The FG is 1.010 or so and I did fill a 16.9 ounce PET soda bottle up to help me guage. The question is, how long can I expect to wait untill it is at a medium carb and ready for the hot pot ? Really would hate to explode my only grolsch bottle :)

Edit : Forgot to mention that it will be sitting at an ambient 75 degrees.
