I brewed a batch of Golden Strong ale about a week ago, I am leaving Sat and need to bottle Fri the 4th, But I want to dry Hop, I have pellets and secondary ready to go.. Its bubbling about 1x10-15sec I feel this is a wee early to stop fermenting and start dry hopping.. should I just let it sit til i get back on the 16th? :rockin:

dry hopping just before fermentation is over can help drive off the oygen you introduce... I'd go for it...

I prefer to dry hop while there's still activity going on, like 5 days into fermentation. I buy into the "drives off O2" theory.

Off Topic, but: dry hopping a Belgian Golden Strong?
