Brew Your Own: The How-To Homebrew Beer Magazine - Amber Ale and American Pale Ale: Style of the Month -

This is a great beer and here is what the website gives out.

Our Amber is a sweet, malty, medium-bodied ale with a spicy, floral hop finish. It’s brewed with 2-row Pale, Crystal and Chocolate malts. And we hop it with Mt. Hoods and Cascades.

Here is a guess I threw together with beersmith, it may be a good place to start. They say it is medium bodied and about 5.3% ABV, so this recipe would work out nicely at 85% efficiency. you can just use the percentages if you need to go with a different percentage though.

Guys,
Thanks for the responses. I plan on doing a couple of batches this week end. This will definitely be one. Thanks - Dwain

I just noticed that the description said spicy in it too which would come from the Mt Hood so there should be an addition of them at the end too. Maybe half cascade and half mt hood instead of all cascades for aroma
