Hi All - Looking for some feedback on my "clean-out-the-freezer" winter IPA. I'm using all my open hop packets from the past year for bittering - AAs for each hop listed below have been adjusted for age by BeerSmith. For flavor and aroma I'm going to buy some fresh Willamette & Cascade.

The main thing I'm debating right now is whether the Falconers Flight & Warrior additions at 45 and 30 are worth it. They still smell okay and I liked them in a Rye IPA earlier this year, but it might be overkill or muddy up the late Willamette/Cascade additions.

Appreciate any thoughts on the grain bill and predicted balance, too.

Thanks for feedback. Cheers!

Id bitter with the warrior at 60 min, drop the 45min additions, and save the citra and falconers for dry hopping. My $.02

I agree with traver, move the warrior to the bitterin and save the citra, saaz, and falconers for DHing or just later additions. Nugget could be left but you could probably movie it to a 30in addition too

Yea, drop your 45 min additions and move the 30m to 20. Grainbill looks great and your hops are sort of all over the place. I'd reduce the number of varieties in there- I think you're going to be just wasting your citra and falconers as they're written now.

Thanks for the suggestions. The only reason for using all those hops for bittering is because they're kind of old and I was under the impression that old hops are not ideal for flavor/aroma/DH additions. But I'll take this into consideration.
