From the Land of GIANTS

Hi All -
I been lurking here for a week or so and have found the list to be very helpful. So I decided to join. Hopefully in the future when I grown out of being a newbie I can repay the help that I was given.

I have been interested in making wine or Cider. I prefer cider for drinking, so last week I started my first batch. My neighbor had a few carboys that he used previously for making wine, that he lent to me. With the guidance that I get here I hope to be successful.
