Exposed light bulb in ferm chamber - OK?

I couldnt find a direct answer to this one??

I am trying my first Saison and of course it needs to ferment hot. No problem, I have a temp controlled fridge. I threw an old table lamp in there for heat.

Any worries about a light bulb in there? I assume the bucket will shield the light and no skunking will occur. Am I correct?

You are correct, it's not a problem, but you can find a heater with a thermostat and fan for $15 on amazon. You might consider going that route eventually. The ceramic heaters cost a little more but might be safer.
