Hi,

Just watched this video and found it interesting. Makes me want to get into all grain sooner rather than later! Thought I'd share it!

GoldMiner I'll see if I can pull that series up later tonight. I didn't really know what all went into all grain since I'm still fairly new. But after watching that video I want to get into all grain sooner rather than later.
 
Looking to go all grain myself. It seems there is not as much to it as it would seem to the average newbie. I think I read too much and get overwhelmed with all the info out there.
 
I did almost the same thing. It's easy to get overwhelmed. Infusions, crush, decoctions, sparging, etc.

It's really not that hard, but it is more expensive to get started. I imagine it will get harder as I start doing more than simple infusion mashes with batch sparging, but that's good enough for me right now.
