ok so I made a slightly modified JOAM about 3 months ago. (orange zest and juice instead of cut up orange) Racked it after 2 months to a clean Jug, but it hasn't done anything since (no sediment at all).

thinking of stabalizing and adding some sparkloid to get it to clear. is this a bad idea?

Have your hydrometer readings changed at all? Did it ever bubble the airlock? Also how does it smell?

It's possible your fermentation never started if it was too acidic.

Forget exactly but I think it finished at 1.02ish tasted great.

Hadn't bubled in a couple weeks when i racked and still hasn't since.

As long as it tastes great you could try sparkaloid or bentonite if you wanted to hurry the clearing now or rack it and just wait to see if it clears. It may be the orange juice that is causing the cloudiness.
