If I am going to set and forget my keg for 1 week on 10 PSI ... Do I still need to Prime with Corn Sugar? ... I know if I am force Kegging I don't have to ... Was not sure with Set and forget. :drunk:

Also should I add some Honey for head retention ... if so how much?

Set and forget is still force carbing, just not rush carbing. No need for priming. However if you just want to have a precarbed beer that is ready to drink when you hook it up and chill then you can prime to carb. Doesn't seem to be many who do that though.

The benefit of force carbing (using Co2 to carbonate the beer whether it's 2 weeks at serving pressure or 24 hours at 30psi) is to not have to prime.
