Coolant lines in the side of fridge

I want to put my taps on the side of the fridge but first want to make sure im not drilling in any cooling or electrical lines. Just wondering if I posted a link to the parts diagram of the fridge I have if someone can tell me if its safe to drill on the side ( right side of fridge if facing it).

The parts diagram will show what is end user serviceable, it will not show any coils that are encased in the refrigerator body due to them not being serviceable.

If the sides of the fridge get warm while it's running then you have lines in the walls. If you drill then, you will need to proceed slowly and carefully so as not to puncture a line. Use the cornstarch/alcohol method to see what areas dry first to get an idea on the location of the lines.
