Is there a timeline to get the starter into the fridge? Made my first on Sunday night and am thinking I should either feed it again or refrigerate it for a Saturday brew day. It seems to have worked by the way - I missed whatever activity would have happened if any and there seems to be a fairly deep layer of sediment at the bottom of the container. Thanks!

Sounds like it's done fermenting. I'd pop it in the fridge. On Saturday morning, take the yeast out for a couple hours to warm up before pitching. You can also decant at that time if you feel it's necessary.
