Hi.

1st year plants on PEI, Canada. Bines about 10-12' high. Sidearms started in the last 2 weeks, currently 3-4" long.

Can anyone estimate the time for sidearm growth + cone development? Any chance of me getting some hops this year? There is only about 2 months left in the growing season.

You will get some usable hops this year but not very much. Really, first year is all about development of the root system.
