Tell what your Beer Related New Year's Resolution(s) are and why if you like.
I have a few major goals to be accomplished in 2009 related to my brewing.
1. Go all grain with keggles, MLT, burner, and more needed equipment...
2. Make at LEAST 60 gallons for a years goal.
3. Make a fermenting/lagering chamber.
