Just checked my graham cracker ale and saw this. All grain batch, pitched one packet of US-05 and it's been about 3 weeks. Haven't seen this kind of film before, but this was my first time mashing with oats too. When I checked the airlock, the sanitizer looked low to the point where something could have possibly gotten in, but I keep it covered by a cardboard box


Your thoughts?

it's not a great picture but it looks like a recently dropped krausen to me.
 
I was planning on kegging this one

Then I'd keg it up if it's fully attenuated. Once it's cold and kegged you're good. As long as it tastes good, carb it up and drink it soonish. Don't bottle it on the off chance that you've got something super attenuative in there that blows up bottles.
