I have this in primary now too. You don't want to dry hop until its done fermenting.
The way I understand it is during fermenting you are releasing all the exsess gas. Your dry hops are releasing aroma. You don't want to push out all that aroma through the airlock.
Im on day 8 bubbles have all most but all stopped. On day 14 in going to add the dry hops into the primary and take a gravity reading. Cold crash and take another gravity reading on day 21 and keg a few days later.
