Michigan Brewery Laws

From the same location, do you need a brewpub license or a micro brewery license in Michigan if you want to have a brewpub/restaurant and sell beer to bars ?

Is a Class C license in conjunction with a microbrewery license?

Your best bet would be to contact either the state liquor control commission, or maybe ask on Probrewer.com.

My gut feeling is that a Brewpub license is for on-premises sales only, with food. A microbrewer license is for selling to the public or to other bars.

I have no idea what a Class C license is. I'm not really in the know.
