Yesterday was a Belgian Pale.

Yeast is pitched n the Ol' #43, and the Belgian Pale is bubbling away.

Great day... Rib steaks, Homemade fries, sweet corn, Old Rasputin + La Fin Di Monde.

sounds good. Happy Bday!
Munching on a couple of lovely smoked Baby Back ribs while posting after a long days work.

Plotting two brews for July 22 and July 26. An evil IPA for the 22nd (my bday) and a marionberry wheat for SWMBO on hers.

The organic brew store ( 7 bridges ) in Santa Cruz, CA will be providing most ofthe materials... I met some of them at the AHA convention. This will be my first foray into organic brewing.

yaaay.
