So, I had my recipe all set redy to go. Hop additions at 60 30 15 and 5. Then I had a few beers (Green Flash IPAs) and got an idea...
Why not do all of the flavoring hops, from 30 mins on, continuously(a la Dogfish Head) So I added all the bittering hops at 60 mins. Then, at 30 mins Imixed up the remainder of Centennial and Cascade and just started chuckin pellets continuously for the last 30 mins. We'll see how it turns out.
