Doing 1-Gallon BIAB batch of this recipe (Thanks Yooper!):

Altered as:

Malts and Fermentables:
Pale Malt (Maris Otter)- .952 lb
Vienna Malt- 0.571 lb
Munich Malt- 0.38 lb
Crystal Malt 20L- 0.09 lb
Crystal Malt 60L- 0.09 lb

Strike temp 158.6 (full volume of water used was 1.87 gallons per BIAB calculator)
Mash temp 154 for 1 hr

Hops:
Cascade- 0.19 oz @ 60 min.
Cascade- 0.14 oz @ 30 min.
Cascade- 0.19 oz @ 10 min.
Cascade- 0.09 oz @ 5 min.
Cascade- 0.09 oz @ flameout

Dryhop:
Cascade- 0.19 oz after 2 weeks in primary and FG achieved. Dryhop 1 additional week.

Yeast:
S-05- Per MrMalty, pitch 0.2 packs of 11.5 gram dry packet (rounding up to .5 packet)

OG: 1.058
My OG: 1.051
FG: 1.010
My FG:

So far so good. 35 min. Into the boil and it smells luxurious. Here's hoping I hit OG :mug:
 
Boil and wort cool down completed. SG was 1.051 against the target of 1.058. Pitched yeast and attached my bigboy blowoff tube.

Cleanup time...
 
3rd day of primary fermentation and have been able to hold the temp at 62 degrees. This is going to come out perfectly. VERY excited to try this beer. I think it'll end up being one of my best so far...Thanks again Yooper!
 
I have this on tap right now. It's good! The only problem I see is you only made a gallon;)

Yea Yea Yea. Man, you guys are relentless with us "1-gallon brewers." Hahaha.

Trust me, when I'm able to (space-wise), I'm going to get the 5-gallon train rolling. But right now, it just can't be done.
