Hydrometer Broke...help with OG estimate

Hello everyone...obligatory first post comment, blah, blah, blah... Long story short is my hydrometer broke before I could get a gravity reading. Can some one help me figure out what my OG would be.

1.5 gallons of cold pasteurized apple cider
1 gallon water
4 lbs honey
Total volume is 3 gallons

I think it will be around 1.098. From what I read apple cider is around 1.050 and honey adds about 35 points/lb/gallon. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a good estimate to me. 0.035points/LB x4LB=0.140points/3gallons= 0.047 points + 1.050 = 1.097
