So I just finished my first batch and tried it and it came out great (surprisingly). It is a hefe with some orange peel in it (from brewmasters warehouse).

Anyways I have a rogue clone in the works and I was going to make a pale ale, so I figured I would try my hand at a recipe.

Briess Golden Light Liquid Extract 7 lbs, 8 oz
Caramel Pils 1 lb
Centennial Pellets 1 oz @ 60 mins
Cascade Pellets 1 oz @ 10 mins
Wyeast Labs American Ale 1 ea

Looks good...my only thought would be switching out cascade for a saaz hop, but that just my preference!
Let me know how it goes!

I may just do that cause i think i have some saaz. All my equipment/extra ingredients are at my parents cause i brew with my father and they have a bigger kitchen and a basement to store everything.
