Im formulating a tripple berry wheat and im wondering what everyone thinks would be a good ratio of berries?

I was thinking 1.5lbs of strawberry, blackberry and rasberry

any opnions ?

thanks guys

I think the blackberry will run roughshod over the other two. Keep it under 15% of the mix.

thanksim going to use real fruit this time last time i used extract and it was very blackberry'ish LOL.

I think your best bet is to prepare each fruit individually then mix a small MEASURED amount of the fruit together until you get it the way you want it. Then if you multiply the measurements you should end up being able to scale that mixture to what ever amount you need.

Puree and strain then mix away
