Quick question. I need advice in middle of my brew????

Hi all,

I am relatively new to all grain. I am finishing my sparging now and was wondering if I can wait to do my boil till tomorrow? Are there any concerns with this? If so I guess it will be a late night...:confused:

yeah, some people leave their wort for the next day all the time with good results.

the only problem might be a continuance of all the enzymatic processes, which will result in a more fermentable wort (dryer).....but I doubt it would effect the body that much.
