I just racked my wine today and I have noticed my pinot is looking more like a blush. This was my first time buying pinot in all juice 6 gallon bucket. All my other buckets from California have been fine and all looked good when racking today. I tasted it and other then being young (started with Septembers juice) it tastes pretty decent. Is there a product where I could add color but not make the wine sweet? I like my wines dry as possible and any help would be appreciated, Ken

Add some bull's blood or feteasca neagra. Dark enough you should be able to get color more back in line without really effecting the taste. Plus, the first is always dry that I've had, second is definitely available dry (and even after 10 years of aging, can still be mouth puckeringly tannic though, so be careful)
