From left to right, Belgian Golden Strong Ale aging with oak, next two are Jamil's APA, New England Hard Cider, the two in the back on the right are 10-gallons of RichBrewer's Pumpkin beer with some modifications, and the two on the right in front are 10-gallons of EdWort's Stone IPA clone....damn it feels good to be a gangster. All my carboys are full, and I am leaving on monday for a 10-day trip in Peru...Machu Pichu here I come!

edit: I know the two carboys of Stone IPA look different, i pitched them on the yeast cakes from the Jamil APA, but by mistake dumped the yeast out of one of the carboys, dumped some from the glass into the BB, but I guess they started with different amounts of yeast. The carboy on the left is in full swing, right...it may take some time...

Yes it is beautiful. 35 gallons going strong! When's the party?

I wish I had a basement!

Forty actually...look more closely.

No party planned, just building a backlog, and 10 gallons of it is my brew buddies.

The cider and 5 gallons of the Stone IPA is for an annual ski trip I do with my friends, the rest...well, for the keezer.

And I thought I was bad. I have 15 gallons going plus we're starting a mead this weekend.

Nice beer porn!

I have 20 going and once I can free up the primaries, It's another 10 gallons of either a Kölsch, Blue Moon clone, or a Grand Cru.

I would really like to find a clone recipie for Celis Grand Cru. Had that beer back in the early to mid 90's and have always liked it.
