I am expecting the FedEx guy to show up any minute with a new Co2 distributor and gas line so I can go from my current 1 keg to 4. :)
I am sure I will have more questions later, but right now I am wondering if I can just start cutting the tubes and hooking them up or do you need to clean or sanitize the new gas lines?

I wouldn't bother cleaning or sanitizing Co2 lines. Just hook them up!
