Boil 60 min (22.2 IBUs)

20.0 g - Mosaic
Boil 30 min (17.1 IBUs)

25.0 g - Citra
Boil 5 min (5.9 IBUs)

35.0 g - Citra
Steep 20 min (12.5 IBUs)

Worked really well. Mashed at 65c, added the carafa 3 to the batch sparge.

Mosaic and Citra seem to work really well with the dark malt... Make a good contrast.
