How do finings affect nutrition of a beer?

let’s say 2 exact beers 1 with finings and 1 cold crashed.

how will it affect the nutrition label in regards to vitamins, antioxidants, calories, protein content, etc...
 
Finings remove excess yeast in suspension, coagulate proteins, remove polyphenolics (tannins), etc. Aside from some finings being non-vegetarian, I don't think there would be any change in the nutritional components. I mean, beer's not exactly a nutritional bonanza of nutrients anyway.

It would not affect the label which is far to imprecise to reflect the scale of what is removed by finings.

Protein and calories would be reduced very slightly. Some vitamins bound up with protein and yeast would be removed but some finings might add some back.

These are all negligible amounts though so practically the answer to your question is: no change.

i think its a bit more complicated.

you know apes are 95-98 percent genetically related to us but we are not the "same" I may be over thinking it.

Antioxidants are classified into two broad divisions, depending on whether they are soluble in water (hydrophilic) or in lipids (hydrophobic).

now.... beer's properties that are antioxidants soluble in water or in lipids? that is the more refined question. (limited to antioxidants)

Although this can be the question i am a believer that you cannot take a resveratrol tab and replace wine, you need eat the whole thing not just isolate a substance.

very well put Yoop, if anything it would take nutrition out of the beer from yeast in suspension and such.
