lets say 2 exact beers 1 with finings and 1 cold crashed.
how will it affect the nutrition label in regards to vitamins, antioxidants, calories, protein content, etc...
YepI think too much.
Finings remove excess yeast in suspension, coagulate proteins, remove polyphenolics (tannins), etc. Aside from some finings being non-vegetarian, I don't think there would be any change in the nutritional components. I mean, beer's not exactly a nutritional bonanza of nutrients anyway.
if this is too much just ignore me...hahah I think too much.
