Strike temp was 170. Mash temp was 155-160.
Aged for 1 month before chilling. Was good at basement temps.
 
I was actually going to do an Oatmeal stout but once I got to my local store they were out of oats so I figured lets toy around with this one. I really like this one. If you not a hophead you could back off but the hops come through real well.
