is there a reason a person ought to core apples/pears before pupling and pressing? seems like you might loose some juice that way. do the seeds/core give off flavors to the juice?

thanks,
jon

Welcome!!! When I make apple juice for myself i just throw the whole apple in there, when I try that for my wife she complains it tastes like dirt so she bought me a little slicer/corer dealy. I do notice a slight taste from the core and seeds, but it's not bad enough for me to care.
