I'm moving up to 10 gal. batches. I brewed this weekend (actual 11 gal batch) attempting to use my 10 gal MLT with 22 lbs of grain. It was a nightmare. Stuck sparge, barely enough room to stir, etc... I need to re think this. What are y'all using??? I do a lot of IPA's so that usually means plenty of grain. After doing a search on this, I wasn't getting any good answers, so...
