Hey Gang,

Yesterday I enjoyed a Hef with my neighbor. After I poured the glasses, I rinsed both bottles 3 times each, standard for me. This morning I went to move the bottles to the garage and found one of them had a bunch of mold in the bottom. There is NO way the mold grew over night especially since I rinsed them right away.

Seems to me the mold didn't affect anything. The beer tasted fantastic, not over carbed, no strange flavors...

Believe me, I wouldn't have drank it if I had known

Guess I got lucky

It wouldn't have made you sick regardless. Maybe some nasty flavors, but safe to drink. Glad it turned out well... hopefully not better than the non-moldy bottles:)
