We all know about potassium sorbate. What are some other chemicals in frozen concentrates, syrups, etc. that inhibit yeast growth? Feel free to post your experience and I'll keep a running list in this first post for people to use as a reference:

BAD for yeast growth:

1. Potassium Sorbate
2. Sodium Benzoate
3.

OK for yeast growth:

1. Citric Acid
2. Potassium Metabisulfite (K-meta, Campden, when not used in conjunction with Potassium Sorbate)
3. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C)
4.

UNKNOWN effect on yeast growth:

1. Sodium Nitrate
2. Sodium Nitrite
3. Sodium Bisulfite
4. Sulfur Dioxide
5. Potassium Hydrogen Sulfite
6. Calcium Propionate
7. Magnesium Stearate
8.
