I just bought a diaphragm pump similar to: http://morebeer.com/view_product/17305//Self-Priming_Diaphragm_Pump_for_Beer_Transfers
I want to pump finished beer from my fermentor in my fridge directly into a keg. What are some best practices? How do I sanitize? Should I use no-foam sanitizer like saniclean or will starsan work? Are there any tricks for keeping o2 out of my system? What's the best way to clean it and store it?

I ferment in a fridge and when I need to rack, I have to move it to a higher position. I can never do it without kicking up a ton of sediment. I have to wait a few hours for things to settle down before I can start racking. Even then, many of the fine sediment won't have settled by then. I'd rather just rack from a nicely settled fermentor.

Thanks for the help.
C.
