To carbonate, or not to carbonate...

Do you guys like your cider carbonated or uncarbonated?
 
wont it just be scrumpy with out the carbonation? :confused:

i prefere scrumpy to cider either way..:)
 
Carbonated is tasty, but before you do carbonate, I'd say try it flat first, just to see if you like it. That way, if it's flat, there's no worries about glass bombs. But carbonated is tasty, don't get me wrong.
