How does this look. I'm going to buy the stuff in 35 min.

10 gallon batch

20# Maris Otter
1.5# Chocolate
1#Black
1# Crystal 50L
maybe 4 oz. Roasted

.4 oz Amarillo and .4 oz Centennial at 60min

1 oz Fuggle at 15 min

American Ale yeast

The combination looks good, it is rather on the high side 1.07ish. Personally, I'd back off on the Black malt a bit and up the Crystal. Didn't check the IBU numbers.

I'd drop the bittering combination, just do one or the other and you'll probably want to go for at least 1.5 oz at the bittering. That should get you at least to 25 IBU which is way on the low side for a Porter, especially one of that strength. I'd probably put 2 oz in at the bittering, .5 oz Amarillo in for flavor, and the Fuggle at the end.
