It looks like I had some suckback from my blowoff tube. I used a little starsan in the bucket and it appears to be resting on top of my Belgian trippel. Do you think my beer is OK? Can I just try and siphon from underneath the layer of sanitizer?

There's about half an inch of it sitting on top of the beer. I figured the best thing to do was try and keep it separated from the beer.

If it's time to siphon you can try to but just remember it's not the end of the world if you get some in there.... Don't risk contaminating it some other way just to siphon it away.

I have drank some star san solution. its not gonna ruin your beer at all. its surprisingly low in flavor.
